Mercedes Benz CLS350 Headlamp Replacement
Cause of Headlight Condensation
Condensation is caused when the temperature of the headlight lens is decreased. Once the air heated by the headlights reaches the cooler lens, moisture will be formed. This creates the condensation on the inside of the headlight wall. This may be the cause for most headlight condensation but in some instances the headlight may have a crack or other type of damage that allows moisture to enter.
Mercedes Benz E250 Transmission Control Module Replacement
What Is A Transmission Control Module
A transmission control module makes adjustments based on the data it collects from the different signals it receives. Some of the sensors that communicate with the transmission control module are the brake pedal position sensor, the transmission fluid temperature sensor, the turbine speed sensor and the throttle position sensor.
The information that the transmission control module gathers from all of the sensors is important in smooth gear change. Processing this information and sending out the correct signals contributes to better fuel efficiency and better vehicle handling, as well as decreased engine emissions. For example, the transmission fluid temperature sensor sends signals indicating if the transmission fluid is at the right temperature. Based on the signals, the transmission can downshift if necessary. The brake pedal position sensor relays information that tells the transmission control module if the driver has applied the brakes. The throttle position sensor helps manipulate the timing of gear shifting.
